CASE Sports and City of Conway Restrictions July 4 & 5, 2020
The Head Coach will be responsible for himself, his team, and his fans adhering to all restrictions and rules. If a fan, coach, or player refuses to adhere to the restrictions and rules after they have been instructed by CASE staff members the person in violation will be asked to leave. Refusal to do this could result in forfeit of the team for the remainder of the tournament.
Rules and Restrictions:
Coaches/players will arrive and come to the staging/check-in area to have the 3 screening questions asked and the coaches will have their temperatures checked. The head coach will go to the tournament table and check in and pay the $300 gate fee

If you are 65 or older, or with preexisting health conditions, please stay home.
A CASE staff member will sanitize the dugouts before and after each game.
Dugouts limited to coaches and players only.
The coaches meeting at home plate will be limited to one coach from each team plus the umpires while maintaining social distancing.
The bleachers will be closed. The bleachers will be roped off so the middle aisle cannot be used. Fans are to enter the seating area beside their team’s dugout. Please bring your own chair. The chairs are to be placed in front of the first row of bleachers close to the fence or behind the last row of bleachers. Families may sit together but everybody else must maintain 6 feet social distancing.
When using a tent, it must be restricted to family members only.
The concession stands will be open. Therefore, fans will not be allowed to bring coolers into the park. Each player will be allowed to bring a small personal cooler for his water, Gatorade, frog tog, towel etc. No Sharing Coolers. No Team Coolers. Player coolers must remain in the dugout.

Per ADH Once spectators are seated and adequately social distanced, they may remove their masks. However, if they leave their seats to use the restroom, visit the concession stand, or at any other time when social distancing cannot be achieved, they should be wearing a face covering.
No hand shaking or high fives at the end of the game.
No award ceremonies. Awards will be left by the dugout’s or can be picked up from the director at each site.
All Playgrounds will be closed.
Hand Sanitizer will be readily available in all main areas for use.
Bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitized frequently by The City of Conway Staff.
Scoreboard Controllers will be sanitized between each game.
Due to ADH Guidelines, unfortunately there will be no golf cart rides for anyone.
